Delayed sync from local to onedrive

Hi and thanks for the great software!
I have noticed that my local changes get only slowly to OneDrive sometimes.
I change a file, I can see it changed locally, but on the web interface I don't see the changes.
This only happens sometimes.
It looks like OneDrive misses the changes and does not sync them. And then later, it catches up all changes.
Do you have a tip for me? Can I force a sync somehow? Sometimes I need to switch computers and then I really need to make sure that the last changes are synced.
