Describe the bug

Our ocwm-issue-collector.yml workflow has been failing due to some misconfiguration.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Run the ocwm-issue-collector.yml workflow.
  2. Check the GET LABEL ID step.
  3. Review the error.

For detailed information about the issue failure :

Expected Behavior

The ocwm-issue-collector must work without fail.
