Not using include all still tells TestRail to include all cases for a test run #5

Not really clear if this is a bug in the package or in TestRail. If you do not include --tr-testrun-suite-include-all
it sets include_all to None, which apparently TestRail is interpreting as "include them all anyway". Need to check
for None and set it to False.
