core library update didnt bump dependent application versions

Hi all, quick question,

I am running this plugin in independant mode. I have a core library, that got a feature update. Upon running realease, the version of this library correctly updated. However I expected all the applications that use this library to also get a version bump. Is this expectation wrong?

Ah it seems I missed the option --trackDeps 🙄
