Enhancement: Live feed with websocket for ModelViews

It's a proposal for you to consider. I know it's quite specific.

It's basically twitter/instagram like live feed for tables that are actively updated.

Describe the solution you'd like
I can think of two ways to do it:

• Adding event hooks to the tables.
• Watching the Starlette Admin create/edit functionality to trigger the WebSocket.

Additional context
I need to implement a WebSocket-based live feed for my application, so I'll be working on it.

I'm planning to do some work on this, WDYT about this feature @jowilf?
