At the bottom of the j.org homepage we have several blocks with numbers which should count up on page load

It is failing because the countup script is not loading

countup.min.js	Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
www.joomla.org	Refused to execute script from 'https://www.joomla.org/templates/joomla/js/countup.min.js' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.
