When signing in to magazine.joomla.org my locally stored password fails.
Using my e-mail address to reset the password fails when an error.

Oops! Something went wrong!
If difficulties persist, please contact the website administrator and report the error below.
0 Joomla\CMS\Mail\MailerFactory::createMailer(): Return value must be of type Joomla\CMS\Mail\MailerInterface, Joomla\CMS\Mail\Mail returned

An attempt to create a new account with my e-mail address fails because it is already in use.
Could you please investigate.
