Languages not translated in download list

When the chosen display language for https://downloads.joomla.org/cy/language-packs/translations-joomla4 is not English the language names still appear in English. I've used French as an example below

As you can see the language names are still in English. This is odd in 2 ways. It includes English names in a French phrase but also the word order is incorrect for French as it should read Traduction Française pour Joomla 4.x. The same is true for Welsh and, I'm sure, for many other languages. In French there is also the issue of agreement of the adjective with the noun i.e. the language name is Français but because Traduction is feminine it needs to be Française.

Ideally the solution would be to have the names in the language of the page. This would require that all of the language names are translated in each language so if that proves to be too difficult then having something like

%s - Translation for %s or %s: Translation for %s i.e. have a hyphen or a colon to seperate the language name from the rest of the line would help. This would result in the following on the page

French - Traduction pour Joomla 4.x

I've already done this for Welsh

Combining the 2 would be another option avoiding the agreement issue and also ensuring that the language names came first for ordering purposes if that's a requirement. This would give

Français - Traduction pour Joomla 4.x

@dyfrig translation each language in each language could be done automatically but I don't see the resource of this at the moment. But I added the hyphen to the translation in 38fcdfc so at least the simple part should be fixed with the next deployment.

I keep this open for now.
