Switching Languages Breaks the page

Switch to another language and press the green button, which means you arrive in (for welsh):

This works, while it's the same page.

i mean generally speaking ars is very specific about it's required menu structure. suspect it's because we had separate menu items for each language under the components menu item. but we'd have to dig deep into the ars router i guess.

note when we switch language the url changes from https://downloads.joomla.org/cy/language-packs/translations-joomla4/downloads/joomla4-arabic-unitag to https://downloads.joomla.org/cy/language-packs/translations-joomla4/downloads (i.e. it looses the trailing slug)
