Why loading its the default for StateMixin?

When i use one controller with StateMixin the default state its loading
I think the default need to be empty(). StateMixin its not runing so assing loading to default state i think its wrong (imo).

this its the code fragment from lib:

void _fillEmptyStatus() {
    _status = _isNullOrEmpty(_value) ? RxStatus.loading() : RxStatus.success();
  }
