Add about menu

Add the menu to open a dialog and show the app version. An issue discussed in the community forum.

Actually, it's nice to see the electron / node / etc versions at a glance. Let's have it!

We have it already, but you can see it only when you are not in a meeting. So people were complaining that when you want to check it during the meeting, everyone is getting out of the meeting, checking it and re-joining.
