禁止 JHenTai 使用 GPU 进行加速

原因 / Reason

高强度调用 iGPU 会导致 CPU 在离电模式下频率降低，导致所有操作都变得很卡，既然使用 iGPU 加速效果不佳，是否能提供一个选项禁用 GPU 加速？

未使用图片超分功能的话，GPU的操控都是Flutter的默认行为，Flutter不提供自定义GPU的相关操作。
