复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

閱讀器中捲動快速捲動畫面
按下畫面使捲動停止
延遲一下後放開

预期行为 / Expected behaviour

當畫面捲動中，按下去之後
除了停止捲動，無論多久才放開都不應該有其他行為

实际行为 / Actual Behaviour

若抬直接起手指沒有先上下來回滑動
太晚放開會則會觸發長按功能
例如彈出控制面板
