Integrate into physt

Hi, this project is really good and I wonder since this project have not been developed as much (I wanted lognormal and other distribution) so I thought it would be nice to integrate this project into physt module https://github.com/janpipek/physt as this project want to implement rebinning functions and the integration will keep the code maintained and gain more visibility.

Hi, I probably won't include any of your code in physt (at least for now). The main purpose is that I want it to remain a simple tool without any interpretation of underlying data. Even without that, it's already swarming with hard-to-maintain features.

Anyway, I left at least a link to rebin in README. I like what your package does and perhaps I will use it myself :-)
