Enable packaging of a standalone full app in electron and cordova android apk

Hi all @jhipster/developers,
As indicated in the issue title, I have an idea to support a packaging of the jhipster nodejs full app, in a standalone way, for electron and cordova (mainly android).

There are already modules that support mobile and the desktop:

• The jhipster ionic generator supported by @mraible. It allows you to develop a mobile UI with Ionic that runs on mobile
• The jhipster electron generator developed by me, that allows to run the jhipster war file in an electron container. It is old, but I can update it to support the new jhipster packaging (jar) and the nodejs full apps.

The ionic generator begin from the assertion that you have the backend server separated from the mobile UI, while my project idea is to package the entire jhipster developed app in a cordova conteiner, using a plugin customized by me: nodejs-cordva-plugin. In my example project I have tested, deployed it and works (there is a live demo link specified in the README).

Any suggestions? Do you consider a valid feature in order to give visibility and increase the comunity on the project contribution and usage?
