HttpExchange retained by HttpSenderOverHTTP which caused memory leak

Since the HttpSenderOverHTTP retained by HttpChannelOverHTTP and HttpConnectionOverHTTP.
The HttpConnectionOverHTTP has to be timed-out in the CyclicTimeouts. If the connection timeout set too long.
The HttpRequest and HttpResponse also retained too long.
