so that jx gitops webhook update can add webhooks for jenkins servers specified in the .jx/gitops/source-config.yaml file using the jenkins servers ingress + a webhook path based on the providerKind. e.g. a URL of $jenkinsIngress/github-webhook if using the providerKind: github
