Detecting an archived repository

Description

Repository can be archived if the maintainer(s) deemed the plugin has end-of-life.
This means the plugin can still be published with the Update Center but not fix nor improvement will come to it.

It could be a major risk to use such plugins, so we need to leverage that repository status to warn potential users of it.
