Configure cronjob on Transactions : #1192

Hello Team,
I would like to understand how I can configure OpenHIM to execute transactions in either :

A batch of 10 to 20 transactions
Scheduled time to send out transactions to the mediator. e.g cronjob to process transactions on a weekend.
