Automatic HDR enable on Playback

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I dont use HDR on my Beamer by default because it messes up playback of Netfilx and co in the browsers.
So i have to manually turn it on before enjoying my UHD HDR content over MPV shim.
Kodi and other fullscreen applications automaticly switch on HDR on there own.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enable HDR in windows automaticly when playing an HDR video in fullscreen (and disableing it on closedown).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Switching to Kodi, but it crashes on my setup and drags along alot of functionalty i dont need.

I assume this is out of scope for mpv shim.
But you could script it via
pre_media_cmd and media_ended_cmd
with a tool like this: https://github.com/bradgearon/hdr-switch
