subtitles does not work when transcoding is on also keyboard shortcuts not working when transcoding on

Describe the bug
Unlike what you mentioned in the Known issues section, I can't select subtitle from the menu too (not only osc), so it doesn't work, also the menu sometimes doesn't open when transcoding is on, keyboard shortcuts don't work either, then suddenly the menu and shortcut problem is fixed and then it breaks again. Also how can I make transcoding option to 720p 4mbps for every video? I dont wanna do it every single time.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make always_transcode true and select an episode
Expected behavior
I would like to be able to select subtitle from menu, on known issues said we cant select on osc not menu
