I am not sure, if it is possible to attach file in zip file , what include exe file and parameters .. next, programm is for inverters PS1-5KVA and Windows probably from W7 to W10 .. and there is now only pure documentation yet, I will improve one, soon .. |

I am ready with improved version Modbus29 Ansi and I attach here Readme file for this version. The main improve was the solve of problem with QPIRI command, what get the nominal values of inverter, but it set in the same time the default values for battery etc. |

The response 'fits' the PI30/41 definition of the command (QPIGS), but if values are 'mixed up' then it sounds like your inverter is using a different definition of the same command What is the battery voltage? The inverter is replying |

I dont have battery instaled. so the voltage should be 0V. So far i noticed that the PV power is giving 0 and the PV input current is giving the power produced by the PV. To obtain data i use PI41, but now i noticed that PI30 gives the same data. |

Im going to try a serial comm analizer with the solarmonitor to see what info goes to the solar monitor software. |

My guess it you wont get any extra info from the serial monitor, but it wont hurt Do you have to select any 'model' etc in the solar monitor software? Does the software give the correct values? (maybe you can post a screenshot) It just sounds like a slightly different protocol definition to me - the return is very similar, just the field name/order seems different You have PV + Inverter + Grid [no battery] and Output ? so in the below is 12 pv power? |

Im waiting for the battery. Im getting it about June. yes i also think it is strange to have 12A to the non existant battery, but if i select the battery in the inverter it will give the same reading. |

Here is the monitor software. I also noticed that the inverter temp here displays 33º and in the mpp-solar displays always 26º I dont know here it gets that number |

Ok. Thanks. I was able to get the values by using multiple queries to the inverter in the config file. So far it is working great. I haven't found any major faults. The only thing i can't test yet is the batterie information, but i believe it is ok. The only thing that is not matching is the Inverter heatsink temp, it always reports 26º C and the watch monitor reports a different value. I appreciate you and your great work for this community. |

Hello Sir,Referring to my last conversation with the Revo company, they told me that their firmware does not supportany changes to be made using rs232, changes can only be made using the display/buttons. I am in a good relation with them and will ask them if this is also the case for the Revo III. I will ask them for the communication protocol sheet.(I dont remember where I found the old protocol document) I have a question for you, I also bought (and waiting for the shipment) a Revo III inverter. Are you satisfied with this inverter? Hi, i have a REVO II / Igrid VE II inverter ( Sorotec/EASUN/POWLAND/AXPERT and i would be great that you could fine tune the protocol to work with this inverter.
So far i have used the PI41 to extract data, and generally it works but some information's is missing and other is swapped in names, like i have no information on PV input, but the PV current shows the power input instead the amps.
Dou you think it is possible? what would you need to fine tune this or create a other PI protocol to match this inverter perfectly? Maybe a connection to watchpower app remotely?
