Otherwise, when you use Tab, then you will go in order: forms -> cancel -> back if enabled -> next. More naturally should be forms -> back if enabled -> next -> cancel.

You can override this template anyway you like in your own site. The current layout was chosen because of css's broken float model. With today's css3 grids this argument is not as valid anymore as it once was. A pull request would be welcome to resolve this; maybe Bootstrap has an elegant solution?
