The current RUM metrics on a per-http-request are high level and mix bag as to 'the who' may have experienced different network delays or computer-based rendering times. If able to break-out the RUM stats by IP address segments (similar to allowed-addr-pattern param) to give different Real-User-Monitoring by network-segment, would greatly increase value around targeted audience (particularly when separating internal users vs external users, or specific clients from a particular address range).
