CSSNano + PostCSS Now Possible?

console.warn("CssMinimizerPlugin currently uses clean-css,\nwe will switch to cssnano once it supports postcss v8.2.4.\n");

Well, CSSNano moved over that line in late May.

Razzle can now swap over to cssnano 🎉

Are there other blockers for this that you know of?
