bash-get-ip-hostname

Gets external IP address or hostname

Add execute permission and run

On Linux, add execute permission:

chmod +x get-ip.sh

Then, run script:

./get-ip.sh

Change logfile path and rotate logs

Remember to update the log file path (or comment out), and rotate the log as data is appended to the file.
