Missing "fireprog.exe" dependency.

Hello,
When software is downloaded from "http://www.isabekov.pro/prometheus-fpga/", it is only downloading "Prometheus_Installer_x86.exe" file and when user tries to upload the bit file to the FPGA board, it shows "Process failed to start: No such file or directory" error.

Solution is the downloading "fireprog.exe" file in this repository (Under the Exe folder) to the same directory where "Prometheus_Installer_x86.exe" is located.

I think there is an error either in the download link (only downloads "Prometheus_Installer_x86.exe" and not its dependecies) or some error occured while creating the exe file.
