On the "Upload" page, trying to create a new list, I've had the problem that valid gene symbols could not be found. Two aspects:
When selecting "H. sapiens" as organism, none of the human genes were found. (The same problem occurred in the old user interface, so this may be a backend rather than frontend issue in my mine.)
The "Identifiers are case sensitive" tick box does not work properly. With the default organism ("Any") and case (unticked) settings, I find both human and mouse matches for all-caps (i.e. human) gene symbols. With "case sensitive" ticked, no genes are matched and the symbols are listed in all lowercase. (In the old user interface the "Match on case" tick box worked properly, so I think this is a real BlueGenes issue.)
