I am wondering why this cytoscape view is not configured to support for "query results pages":

It would be really useful.

The only interaction view that is available for query result is:

but this visual is not very useful since the genes are not labelled you need to click on them individually, which defeats the object of a viewer ( it is quicker to look at a table).

Also, for this view if you have too many genes (I am not sure of the limit but a list of 38 was too large). You get a message

but if you respond "yes", it still does not render.

and finally it is not clear what the coluor sectoring on the nodes refer to. As soon as I slide the toggle the network view disappears, and I need to re run the query to get it to reappear.

The former cytoscape view was not designed to support multiple genes.

We can add labels to the latter, as well as fix the other bugs (these have been documented here https://github.com/intermine/bluegenes-interaction-network/issues).
