Worked on finishing the Websocket notifications, and automatic balance updates
Also worked on improving Grant requests user experience and had meeting with HJ on other UX improvements ideas.
Gatehub started the Rafiki integration, and auto-peering, so we had some meetings there as well.
Did some #hacktoberfest org stuff.

investigated the issue with incorrect http protocol received in koa application
tested transactions between rafiki.money and local playground
removed previous rate api from testnet as it requires an api key
did some changes on testnet to allow external payments

• Worked on PR to update db tables with "payment pointer" in the name to "wallet address"
• Updated docs PR to change "payment pointer" to "wallet address"

• Mojaloop as a payment method story created: Mojaloop as a payment method #1965
• Merged in changes to open payment spec to add payment methods: feat: add methods (ilp payment method), remove references to connection open-payments#284
• Merged in initial PR to move ILP files into own directory: feat: move ilp related items into /payment-method/ilp/ #1961
• Working through abstracting away quoting from ILP: Create "payment method handler" service, that abstracts away quoting & paying #1967, will be continuing with this going forward
