Cannot install haxm. I tried it from within android studio and the downloadable latest version: haxm-7.7.1-setup.exe

I read a lot of articles but did not find any that had the same output as the checktool has on my system where VMX supported is No and VMX enabled is Yes.

I've checked all the common solutions:
-Virtualization is enabled in the bios
-Memory integrity is off
-I ran: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off and rebooted
-hyper-v options are disabled/unchecked

Host Environment
HAXM version: 7.7.1
Windows 11 pro 22H2 64-bit
AMD Ryzen 5 3600x
16GB ram

Reproducibility
C:\Program Files\Intel\HAXM>checktool.exe --verbose
CPU vendor - AuthenticAMD
Intel64 supported * Yes
VMX supported - No
VMX enabled * Yes
EPT supported * Yes
NX supported * Yes
NX enabled * Yes
Hyper-V disabled * Yes
OS version * Windows 10.0.22621
OS architecture * x86_64
Guest unoccupied * Yes. 0 guest(s)
