Missing allowed description field from lti-tool-configuration

Summary:

Because the filter below doesn't allow for the description field, no description is being set on tools registered through dynamic registration. This results in missing labels when using the LTI attachments, particularly the assignment selection.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add tool through dynamic registration

Expected behavior:

Tool should get description set on tool configuration

Actual behavior:

No description is set
