Custom GitHub comment or add image

Hi,

I have one big terraform repo with multiple cloud providers and I create one PR comment for each of them. If I check the comments, they are very similar, so I wanted to add an image to them.
In the generated json I couldn't edit the Infracost report or Monthly cost will increase by so I tried to edit the name in the json and add <img src=...>, or tried to set --project-name="<img src=...>" in diff. But infracost trim this to a short version, like:
<td><img src="https://github.com/re...ptions/somedir/somesubdir</td>

Is there any option to add custom image to the GitHub comment?

My WA is to add aws , azure, etc as text to the name field.
