Fixing the error

AttributeError: 'float' object has no attribute 'round'

when trying to run the cells

df['rental_gain_return'].mean().round(2) and df['rental_gain_return'].median().round(2)

by just rewriting the cells to

round(df['rental_gain_return'].mean(), 2) and round(df['rental_gain_return'].median(), 2)
