Desired behavior: new window "+" clones active tab #378

Hi there, thank you for continuing development of this great utility!

We have this option.

It opens given location. However, I'd like to have cloned active tab.
I got used for this behavior on previous version.

Maybe, I can somehow activate desired behavior.
