Contribution guide

⭐ The contribution to the project is warmly welcome. The repository is regularly updated with the community help and is managed by ImmunoMind team. If you would like to contribute to COVID19 dataset list, here we describe how to do it with Issues.

Add a new dataset

To add a new publicly available dataset, create a new issue using the Dataset request template.

Note that the dataset must be:

  • publicly available or announced to be available in future
  • the dataset must be related to single-cell (scRNAseq) or immune repertoire (AIRR / RepSeq / immunosequencing)
  • the dataset must be related to COVID-19 patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection

Correct outdated information or inaccuracy

To correct an outdated information or inaccuracy, please create a new issue using the Correction request template.

Request an improvement

To suggest an improvement or an idea, please create a new issue using the Improvement request template.
