Allow Specific Coloring For Peter's Roadmap Planner / Year / Course Cards ?

Do we want to allow some level of color customization, whether it's at the level of an overall year's color scheme, or a specific course card's color (e.g. color by department, course load, etc.)?

For example, each course in the above image has a different color corresponding to the department it belongs to
