Gavin Kerrigan's spring 2023 COMPSCI 178 doesn't appear

Reproduction:

1. Try to enter his last name first, realize he doesn't show up. Possibly relevant context is that this was apparently his first quarter teaching
2. Then try filling out the rest of the fields, such as year, quarter, and course code.
3. None of the fields make it appear. Other professors in that year and quarter do appear. I also double checked the course code.

But this issue can be closed if taking https://github.com/icssc/Zotistics#other-disclaimer into account (limited official support), or if I made a mistake in bug reproduction.

Hi, thanks for reporting this bug. Can reproduce the issue using the steps provided.

I just checked the grade information spreadsheet given to us by the UCI Public Records Office, and it appears that for some reason, Gavin Kerrigan's COMPSCI 178 in Spring 2023 was omitted from the data set. I will be reaching out to them shortly to check whether it would be possible for us to obtain this data.

While we do get limited official support from the school, we also try to find ways to solve data accuracy problems like this, so there's no problem with opening this issue.
