Remove instances of Table in platform-UI. TableV8 is the new table component.
Remove instances of tableColumns_legacy and tableData_legacy
Search for comments containing "react table v6" and "react table v8" and remove unused code.
Don't remove Table from Uikit, until all client apps such as DACO have upgraded tables.
