What is the Webservice URL for in New Enviornment Connection #17

The Connection Manager currently only handles connections with SMA environments, which means that Webservice URL is the URL to where the SMA webservice resides.

Eg. https://server1.local:9090/00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000/

That is not very intuitive either, so that should be fixed as well to only require the user to enter https://server1.local (if default port is used) or https://server1.local:0000 (if custom port).

I am planning on removing the "Connect with Azure" and incorporate Azure Automation in the Connection Manager as well, since the ability to connect with multiple Automation accounts exist.
