Question on response to region - IRL

Hi,

Apologies if this is shown somewhere else but I'm wondering about what the response will be on a search under Region=IRL. As there is no particular site for IRL, I'm wondering what this does. I know that if we wanted to purchase for IRL that we would be in the GBR site and change the shipping location to Ireland, but what does the script do that differentiates it from the GBR response?

Just wondering, in case I get a hit while using the GBR one and there's some option that it's auto selecting that I can't change or miss.
