Describe the bug
Extending dayjs with devhelper in the browser errors with "ReferenceError: process is not defined"
The error occurs in the following line: https://github.com/iamkun/dayjs/blob/1f67767944c3ac7384c3128ddd805611e9ce8f57/src/plugin/devHelper/index.js#L4C1-L4C59

Expected behavior
devhelper properly detects that process doesn't exists and initializaes in the browser

  • Day.js Version 1.11.13
  • OS: Ubuntu 24.10
  • Browser Firefox 131 and Chrome 125.0.6422.60
