i play on a roleplay server, i am the only one who have this problem, i cant use the customization menu to change my clothes. I tried to contact with the owner but he told me that is my issue not theirs. can i have a small help please..

I too am having this issue in my server. was happening to one of my admins for awhile, didn't make a big deal because that was an admin smart enough to have a basegame outfit to wear when our addon clothings get shifted. We hoped updating the artifacts would fix this issue for her, but then the issue started happening to another individual in my server.
While they can change their outfits just fine any character customization window freezes them and they can't change their clothes. after a couple minutes this is the only error that pops up. Nothing was modified with this script at all. So I'm confused.
