Facing issues in decompiling some specific apps using ApkTool

Hi There !

While working on one of my recent projects, I found some issues in decompiling some specific APKs using APKTool.
One of my functions in the project loops all the given apks one by one into the APKTool and required response is further processed.
Just for the information, all the apks are from A13 (Android 13) build APK. And it includes system, ext_system, vendor and all other type of apks.

Like 90% of the apks decompiled but 10% of them failed. I would like to share you the error which incurred while decompiling those apks.

This is the error :-

I believe its resolved already based on that stacktrace. Its an empty resource table and fixed here - 486fb20

Release will be out when Android 14 drops.

Thank You. I build the apktool using the latest github source code of yours and the issue is resolved

I appreciate your help. Using your GitHub repository, I have created apktool using the latest source code, and the problem is eliminated.

Apktool as of v2.9.2 is basically everything in master minus the parallel feature.
