bz2_and_tar.bz2_decompress

The compressed type of bz2 or tar.bz2 should process by the Linux command as bzip2 -d or tar jxvf, which one we chosen according to the
file whether like bz2 and tar.bz2 or not.
Firstly, upon the work requested, the commmand bzip2 -d and tar jxvf is token by the differetial compression file type.
