What's That
This project is a consolidation of various compiled open-source AI image/video
upscaling product for a working CLI friendly image and video upscaling program.
Why It Matters
For these reasons:
with an AI solution.
to be programmable and not restricted by any GUI's design.
require streaming algorithm approach for preventing uncontrollable
resources consumption for a simple OS system (e.g. disk space, RAM, and
vRAM).
for both image and video without any GUI overheads.
