Why is the cutoff for the volcano plot for the padj vlaue <= 1*-10^5 used and not something more common like 0.05?

Hey, it's the default value in EnhancedVolcano that we did not change.

Do you have experience w/ it and would recommend changing it to e.g. padj 0.05?
