Rebuild deseq image

Hi, the URL for WebGestalt changed to https and a new WebGestaltR version is out which reflects this change. The deseq image therefore probably needs to be rebuild.

Hey @tensulin thanks for the information!

Currently, the Docker image installsr-webgestaltr=0.4.4 which seems to still be the up-to-date version (and which we also use in the Conda env. (https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/r-webgestaltr)

Maybe Conda is just not updated yet w/ the newer version 0.4.5 (https://github.com/bzhanglab/WebGestaltR/releases/tag/v0.4.5)?

Once it's on conda, we're happy to update. Did something else change? Or should everything else still work fine when updating 0.4.4 >> 0.4.5?

Conda now reflects the updated version (0.4.5).

Nope, only https upgrade. However, the update is critical as the old package does not work anymore, unless you supply the hostname with the https URL.

I updated the container so we can add and test it in the pipeline, it now has webgestalt 0.4.5
