Not enough documentation on streaming in crawl #4

Instructions for streaming are only available in the API reference of the documentation in the partial_data field.

A customer wasn't able to find this.

Suggested fix: add a streaming section to the crawl feature section. And the term "stream" not just streaming so its searchable.
