Tandoor Recipes

I would like to propose Tandoor recipes as a HA Add-on. There is already a docker image that supports ARM and x86 architecture (vabene1111/recipes). The team behind announced they will make an integration for grocy as well and I think those two would complement each other pretty well. They for example have to ability to parse common recipe websites to add recipes in their data format automatically.
